If you are not thrilled with any of our Merchandise, you are welcome to return any unopened packages. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Requests for Merchandise returns must occur within 15 days of your purchase. If your item is not damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If any Merchandise is damaged during shipping, please take pictures immediately and Contact Us to initiate a replacement or refund.

All returns and refunds require a receipt or proof of purchase, typically your original sales confirmation that was sent via email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email re: the status of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 -7 days.

Late / Missing Funds

If you haven’t received your refund in 7 -10 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
